I had applied for the same position with a different recruiter 2 months before my first engagement with Kim with no response. Kim was able to take my resume, get me in front of the right team, and I left my interview with the hiring manager telling me that I "knocked it out of the park!" She was able to take what I was looking for and find the right match for me quickly and with good response.
