I have interacted with many recruiting professionals over the years, but I have never experienced anyone like Crystal. From a candidate’s perspective, I could not have asked for more support, as she truly went above and beyond to make sure I understood where we were in the process, what the next steps were going to be, how to prepare, and just having someone there for encouragement.
