About Crystal Rehling:

Here’s a polished rewrite: Crystal connected with me on LinkedIn and explained the details of the job. Initially, I told her I wasn’t interested because the pay was too low, but she later followed up to let me know the salary had increased. I had a great experience working with her. She genuinely cared about my needs and wanted the best for me. I truly appreciate her reaching out.

About Crystal Rehling:

Working with Crystal was an amazing experience! She treated me like I was her only client, constantly in touch and even encouraged me to look outside my comfort zone. I truly can't speak highly enough about my experience, from our first conversation, she understood both my technical and human side. Crystal always provided honest feedback and guided me through every step from the interview to the hiring process. Her genuine excitement for me when I was selected for the job is why this is the recruiter that you want in your corner!! I highly recommend Crystal with Tier4 Group for anyone looking for a recruiter who truly cares about finding the right fit!
