About Heather McRae:

Most importantly, to me, is that Heather was human first, and a recruiter second. I interact with lots of recruiter and, to be quite frank, I'd not be surprised if it was an AI chatbot that I was speaking with. Heather actually made the day better for me, and it's not often that I can say that about a recruiter. As to her actual recruiting skills, she was very professional, informed about the job/company, and up-front with me about expectations.
