I believe that each candidate is different in terms of what they are looking for, so there is a match out there for just about everyone. Each role provides its own set of challenges and knowing that you assisted someone get in with their dream company or on a new career path is gratifying.

He and I had never spoken before but he quickly proved to be a valuable and kind individual.
