Sean reached out to me directly about a GRC role and was upfront from the start about how the process works, so I knew exactly where things stood instead of guessing. He asked good questions, was honest that he'd need to check on a certification requirement rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear, and called it out early instead of at the end.
