I spoke to Ben when I was searching for a job. He and his co-worker helped me to find out the job. They were involved in the whole process and also providing me feedback continuously. The good thing about Ben was that he was also suggesting different things to try, also sharing resources to brush up on different things during my job search. Finally, I got an offer and met Ben face to face, he invited me to have lunch with him to celebrate our success to hold a job for me. It was a very pleasant experience meeting him in person.
