I have worked with Ben on a couple opportunities in the last year. So far they have not lead to a final offer but that was no fault of Ben's. When an opportunity has not worked out, Ben has been very transparent around the reasoning and provided good feedback. Ben has also been helpful and kept me in mind when he has seen opportunities that fit my history and interest even when he was not directly placing for those positions. Ben is the kind of recruiter than the world needs.

About Ben Newbill:

I have worked more with Ben when he was at Vanderhouwen, however had a great deal of time with him then. Very Personal, with an excellent understanding of "how formal to be" on both sides of that formality. Ben is clearly spoken, understanding, and has an excellent memory for candidate personality and needs. Additionally, Ben clearly cares about finding a great match. I cannot speak to the client side, but each time we spoke he was focused and honed in on my goals. I would be happy to work with Ben anytime; except when I'm well employed :)
