Building real relationships and helping people make decisions with their career - that's a primary motivation. I'm a coach, consultant, and advocate for my candidates and clients.
I'm motivated to help people create the reality they want. And, I seem to be more driven to succeed with people doubt me.
My priority when talking with hiring managers is to understand the reality of the job responsibilities, the problem to be solved, ideal requirements, and then create clear expectations.
When I'm not working I like to
Paddle boarding, kayaking, golfing (~15 handicap), pickle ball, watching sports (college hoops, NFL, NBA, college football), PGA when Tiger is playing.
Coffee 2x per day, whiskey or any wheat beer.
