What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have: ? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. ? 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, customer success, onboarding, or a related role. ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. ? Experience working with software systems, CRM platforms, ERP solutions, or other technology-based platforms preferred. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. ? Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions.
