  • Provide administrative support and communication coordination for the team
  • Develop, schedule, and maintain a calendars
  • Prepare and process check requests.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and electronic inquiries.
  • Draft and edit correspondence 

Part-time Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of general office experience.
  • Excellent communication, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.

Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and resolve problems that arise
  • Coordinate maintenance visits with clients and complete all follow up documentation
  • Monitor critical alarms and dispatch emergency technicians as needed
  • Additional duties as requested by manager

Coordinator Requirements:

  • The candidate MUST have at minimum 2 years of RECENT experience working in a professional office environment  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
