About Casey Smith:

Great team, very friendly and helpful. Only negative thing I would say is when my agent got switched I didn't feel like they had as in-depth knowledge about my positions I had available. Nor felt the same close connection as previously. In saying that, they still had good character and great attitude. I just think they should maybe set up an in person interview to go over the job when transferring over new agents.
