About Todd Olney:

I uploaded resume and applied to jobs online on a Friday. A couple hours later I get a call. Next thing you know, I'm emailed paperwork. Came in a few days later to finish the process. Then the next night started the position. Super quick process! I was honest about a slight conflict with the schedule, and Todd had reached out to the employer to see if leaving an hour early would be suitable for them. I also was worried about my background check, as I do have a hiccup in my background from about 6 years ago, and it's the reason I'm hesitant on applying to jobs even when I'm honest about what's in my background. Todd and the employer decided to bet on me, and I really appreciate Todd making all the efforts to get me working asap, work with my available schedule, and trust my dependability.
