Todd provided me a full description of what was on the table for me. He talked about the multiple job positions that were available and went over the job duties, so I can have a strong idea of the type of work I would be doing.
Todd was quick to find me a position that fit my schedule and job preference. It was a quick process and they got me right to a good position. I would highly recommend SelecTemp to anyone looking for work.
Only thing I would say that could use some growth and it’s not on Megan herself as communication between temp agency and company for times time changes hourly shift changes and be more up-to-date with contacting the worker that supposed to show up so they’re not getting ripped off for several hours out of a shift because they’re unknowing to any time change I do believe every other day or weekly at least contact between temp agency, and Employer of said time to keep things rolling more efficiently. I myself went to work yesterday annoying to their time change other than what was explained the white week prior and with no communication I am now short two hours for my first day back of work this week, so no big deal but it would be more efficient for all of us workers to have a communication that is direct between our employer of Selectemp and the employer that we’re working for even if that means we should call every day either other day on Selectemp to verify worked hours hours worked and potentially time changes overtime hours, etc.
