I really like the short videos that get sent with e-mails about potential candidates, they are helpful. I would say that if the sound could be improved for the candidates that are talking on the video. When I turn the sound up to hear them, when the interviewer comes on, it's pretty loud.

Your team is always kind and professional with us. The one thing I would say you have to change is your phone system. I can never get a hold of anyone in the office when I need to talk to someone and always end in someone's voicemail and it is so frustrating. The recordings and music is super loud when you call in compared to talking to someone. Only other complaint is when we got an office person for a day or two trial from you while ours was out and asked that all communication about that go through my owner and they called and asked my office assistant about approving the hours of the assistant we got from you on a trial and it was problematic for us on our end. That should never ever happen period. So even though that was not fun and we were really unhappy about that, things have been good and have a good working relationship with you guys.
