• 12 hour shifts: 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am - . ALL HOURS WORKED OVER 10 hours in a DAY, are paid at OVERTIME rate

• SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:
• Sunday through every other Wednesday (1st half of the week)
• Shift 1 is DAYS 5:00am-5pm
• Shift 2 is NIGHTS 5:00pm-5am

• Every other Wednesday through Saturday (2nd half of the week)
• Shift 3 is DAYS 5:00am-5pm
• Shift 4 is NIGHTS 5:00pm-5am

• $16.50 for DAYS
• $19.00 for NIGHTS ($2.50/hr differential)
  Fast growing nutrition bar manufacturer is looking to CONTINUE to build their team by hiring Production Line Workers!!!  Immediate openings!!  Production Line Workers are responsible for maintaining quality of food and documentation for food production line, ensuring proper production and packaging with quality, speed and accuracy, communicating with staff on quality issues, identifying potential problems, and working in a fast-paced production line. Production Line Workers are proficient in one or more positions on the production line that doesn't include machine operation or mixing, and are able to work reliably with little supervision.

   

  As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately measure and prepare food ingredients used in mass produced food products
• Work on a fast-paced and continuous production line
• Read labels, recipes and work orders in English
• Ability to complete assigned paperwork such as recording lot numbers
• Will frequently perform sanitation on line equipment, parts and surrounding environment
• May require cross-training on various line positions and job rotation

  The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• MUST HAVE some kind of PRODUCTION TYPE work experience and want long term work
• The ability to work overtime hours 
• Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with and train fellow team members
• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to continually bend, stoop, twist, use arms, wrists and hands (including grasping and squeezing) throughout shift
• Ability to occasionally kneel, reach above the shoulder, work at heights and climb steps with ingredients weighing 25 to 50 lbs.

Job Title:

As a Green Chain Puller, you will be responsible for:

• Pulling Lumber off conveyor belt
• Sorting Lumber and/or Clear Chain
• Ensuring that all lumber is pulled into it's designated load according to:
• Size
• Length
• Lumber Grade

• Stacking all units to correct height and width
• Making sure that Stickers are properly located
• Making sure that the re-saw and trim is properly stacked into stable units
  The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. continually
• This is a Very physical job, body conditioning will be necessary!
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Punctuality and Good Attendance
• Understanding the fundamentals of saw milling
• Work to promote a supportive, teamwork environment
• Ability to work effectively with little supervision
• Willingness to fill-in on off-shift IF/WHEN required

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery. Complete PM’s as scheduled.
• Repair/modify/align machinery – troubleshoot equipment problems. Repair/modify mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and gravitational components of machinery.  After repair is completed, check/operate repaired item for proper operation.
• Order appropriate replacement parts and record any further work to be done on “Work List”.
• Install new machinery. Read and follow blueprints and other specification SOP documents.
• Learn to operate machine centers. Assist with pre-shift warm-up of machinery.
• Housekeeping – clean and organize shop and parts.
• Operate forklift, manlift, hoist, crane, key cutters, drills, presses.
• Weld and fabricate using arc and wire feed welders, cutting torch and track burners.
• Work with a Safety-First attitude using the ACES as a guideline for all decision making.
• Special projects as assigned. Work in confined spaces as required.

• Welding and fabricating experience
• Ability to repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, machine alignment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems in manufacturing.
• Ability to identify different metal compositions, work with a variety of millwright tools, and use machine specific lockout procedures.
• Ability to use fall protection equipment.
• Must have excellent hand eye coordination.
• Reading and speech required to communicate comprehension of Job Hazard Analysis, machine specific lockout procedures, monthly safety training, etc. 
• Ability to prioritize, organize and make necessary decisions.
• Ability to stand throughout shift
• Ability to bend and lift throughout shift
