Job Title: Shipper/Packager

Pay: $18.00/hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM (with potential early shift 5:30AM - 4:00PM) Start Date: ASAP

As a Shipper/Packager, you'll be responsible for ensuring all parts are packaged and shipped efficiently, accurately, and safely. You'll work closely with engineers and supervisors to maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery, while gaining valuable industry experience along the way.

What You'll Do

As a Shipper/Packager, you will be responsible for: • Completing all required internal and external shipping paperwork accurately and on time • Inspecting manufactured parts for quality and consistency, reporting issues promptly • Packaging and shipping parts in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner • Maintaining accurate inventory counts and shipping paperwork • Supporting quality standards and workplace safety protocols • Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, and managers • Abiding by company policies, including attendance and teamwork expectations

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have: •At least 1-2 years of consistent work history in a shipping role •The ability to read and interpret technical prints • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivation and a dependable attitude • Basic math skills and computer literacy • The willingness to learn shipping requirements of vendors and protocols

Location & Schedule
