Job Title: Customer Service Representative Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Pay: $22/hr Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Duration: 6 weeks  Last week of SEPT thru First week of NOVEMBER Start Date: ASAP

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll engage with customers over the phone, assist with form completion, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. You'll work closely with the office team to deliver excellent service and support.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for

• Managing heavy call volume, providing friendly and professional assistance to customers
• Assisting customers with completion of various forms and documentation - Inputting data accurately into the system, ensuring basic to moderate data entry tasks are completed efficiently
• Supporting the team with repetitive project work to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintaining a positive attitude and empathizing with customer needs

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have -

• Bilingual Spanish and English language proficiency, both spoken and written 
• Prior experience working on phones in a customer service capacity 
• Comfortable with data entry tasks, from basic to moderate levels
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Location & Schedule
