As a Roofing Associate Tear Off and Installation, you’ll work directly with experienced crew members to assist with roof tear-offs, underlayment, plywood repair, and shingle installation. This position offers a chance to gain valuable skills in the roofing trade while contributing to high-quality residential projects.

What You'll Do

As a Roofing Associate Tear Off and Installation, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with underlayment installation, plywood repair, and shingle installation
• Helping with roof tear-off duties safely and efficiently
• Participating in general roofing tasks as needed
• Working alongside crew members to ensure timely project completion
• Supporting the team with clean-up and material handling

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years of roofing experience, specifically with shingles
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure bending, climbing, and standing for long periods
• Dependability and a team-oriented attitude

Location & Schedule:
