Job Title: Loader Operator Pay: $19 - $21 per hour Hours: Night Shift, Mon to Thurs 6PM to 6AM, occasional Friday OT Start Date: ASAP Looking for a hands-on role in a growing manufacturing facility? Join a reputable manufacturing company as a Loader Operator in Sandpoint, ID and make an impact every day. As a Loader Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring production efficiency. You’ll work closely with the operations team to deliver results that make a difference. As a Loader Operator, you’ll role purpose. You’ll work closely with the operations team to support production, maintain equipment, and ensure smooth workflow to meet daily targets. What You’ll Do As a loader operator, you will be responsible for:

• Mixing materials per specification to set up production for the upcoming days, ensuring proper blend and moisture content.
• Receiving incoming loads of raw materials and separating them by species.
• Inspecting the quality of raw materials to standards and notifying plant leadership of any defects.
• Loading the infeed bin according to production schedule requirements.
• Conducting loader inspections and performing routine maintenance.
• Communicating with co-workers regarding the status of workflow.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of loader operation experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Strong eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• The ability to concentrate for extended periods and multitask effectively.
• Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and remain standing or seated for long durations.
• Comfort in climbing up and down stairs to operate the loader, without fear of confined spaces or heights.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations, use basic tools, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude for conducting loader maintenance.
• Required skills include Heavy Equipment Operating and Forklift experience.
