As a Processing Operator, you'll be an essential part of the production team, supporting daily operations on the processing floor in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role offers a great combination of hands-on technical work, teamwork, stability, and career growth opportunities.

Your efforts will directly contribute to producing high-quality products while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As a Processing Operator, you will:

• Operate and adjust production equipment, including performing changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with team members to ensure production targets are achieved safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly communicate any concerns to maintenance personnel or supervisors.
• Perform in-process quality checks and accurately document production activities, including electronic records and deviation reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment such as food production, GMP, or similar manufacturing settings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Basic math skills, including working with weights, measurements, and unit conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced production environment.
