What You'll Do

As a Construction Cleanup Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Walking through active construction sites to collect debris and trash from recently completed homes, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
• Properly disposing of debris and leftovers into designated containers to maintain cleanliness.
• Sweeping streets, sidewalks, and driveways to keep the site presentable and hazard-free.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Focusing on cleaning around new homes without disturbing occupied or landscaped properties.
• Supporting the team by lifting, moving, and organizing materials as needed.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift comfortably for an 8-hour shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working safely with larger loads when required.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
