As a Production Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations by operating machinery and assisting with packaging and baling. What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and assisting with packaging and baling equipment to ensure efficient product flow.
• Working around machinery that compresses wood by-products, maintaining safe and efficient operations.
• Loading bags, removing finished bales, and preparing products for shipment to meet daily quotas.
• Recording bale weights and maintaining accurate daily production logs for quality control and reporting purposes.
• Performing routine maintenance and making basic adjustments to equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
• Supporting forklift operations as needed, with training and certification provided if necessary.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time (up to 7+ hours).
• Good hand-eye coordination and focus to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Basic math skills for recording weights and measurements.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Location & Schedule:
