What You’ll Do:

As a Production Laborer, you will:

• Perform repetitive manual tasks such as stacking, sorting, and moving materials while strictly following safety and quality protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote efficiency and prevent accidents.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently to uphold a safe working environment.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Strong reliability, excellent attendance, and punctuality to meet production schedules.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including different temperatures and environments.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and handling materials.
• A strong work ethic, dependability, and enthusiasm to learn new skills and grow within the company.
