As a Residential Painter Helper, you'll support experienced painters in preparing and completing residential painting projects. You'll gain hands-on experience in surface prep, surface repair, masking, painting, and cleanup, all while helping ensure our clients' homes look their best. What You'll Do

As a Residential Painter Helper, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in cleaning surfaces by removing dirt, dust, grease, and old paint to prepare for painting.
• Sanding and scraping surfaces to create smooth, paint-ready finishes.
• Filling cracks, holes, and imperfections using putty, plaster, or other fillers.
• Applying masking tape and protective coverings to prevent paint from reaching unwanted areas.
• Supporting in applying primer to surfaces to promote better paint adhesion.
• Helping to apply paint with brushes, rollers, or sprayers under the supervision of experienced painters.
• Performing touch-up work and ensuring consistent, even coverage of paint.
• Cleaning tools, brushes, and equipment after each use to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Removing masking tape and protective coverings once the paint has dried.
• Disposing of waste materials properly to maintain a clean work environment.
