Looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Join an innovative company based in Eugene, OR, that designs and builds large-scale conveyor systems used in environmental and recycling operations. As an Industrial Painter, you'll play a vital role in transforming heavy-duty equipment, contributing to sustainability initiatives, and developing your skills in a supportive team setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret work orders to determine appropriate paint types, colors, and application methods.
• Calculate and mix paint materials accurately according to project specifications.
• Set up and operate industrial spray and paint equipment to ensure smooth and even coatings.
• Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply coatings precisely, using spray guns and other tools, to achieve specified finishes.
• Use caulking tools as needed to seal seams and joints for optimal durability.
• Monitor equipment parameters and gauges to maintain high-quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections of finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment to ensure longevity and safety.
• Assist with other production tasks, such as moving finished products and supporting workflow.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed work orders and safety instructions.
• Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
• Prior experience with industrial painting or related roles preferred.
• Certification or ability to pass respirator fit testing.
• Experience operating forklifts and similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift as required.
