As a Robot Welder Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process by operating robotic welding equipment. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality welds and efficient workflow, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do

As a Robot Welder Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating robotic welding machines to perform precise welding tasks.
• Setting up welding jigs according to detailed setup instructions.
• Occasionally grinding or spot welding parts using an angle grinder or hand file.
• Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards.
• Maintaining equipment and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhering to safety protocols and quality procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior machine operation in a manufacturing setting required
• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds consistently.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet for a 10-hour shift.
• Previous experience with robotic welding or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.

Location & Schedule:
