Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $20.63 per hour for DAYS | $23.13 per hour for NIGHTS ($2.50/hr differential) Hours: 12-hour shifts, Day and Night rotations

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Work schedule: Sunday through every other Wednesday; alternate weeks Wednesday through Saturday.
• ALL hours worked over 10 hours in a day, are paid at OT rate of time and a half!!!!

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up machines prior to production runs, including calibration and configuration to ensure accuracy.
• Monitoring machine performance during operation and making adjustments to optimize efficiency and product quality.
• Conducting routine inspections of machinery to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Performing regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to prevent breakdowns.
• Documenting all production activities accurately, including machine settings and output quantities.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic familiarity with data entry into computers or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Experience with production machinery is a plus but not required.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• A motivation to work within a growing company in the food production industry.
