What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service & Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
  • Warmly greeting tenants, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate team members efficiently.
  • Providing outstanding customer service support to tenants and property owners.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintaining organized files and accurate records for property management purposes.
  • Updating information within office databases and property management systems.
  • Supporting leasing, marketing, and other administrative activities as needed.
  • Helping office staff with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Keeping the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior experience in an office environment, preferably in property management or customer service.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working with databases or property management software such as AppFolio or TenantTech (preferred but not required).
  • Exposure to leasing, marketing, or administrative support is a plus.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.
