Job Title: Press Brake Operator

As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll play a key role in fabricating metal components by setting up and operating bending and roll-forming machinery to meet detailed production specifications.
What You’ll DoAs a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:
Following all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
Reviewing and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
Setting up and preparing press brake and multi-operation machinery
Installing and positioning dies, forming rolls, and tooling using measuring instruments
Adjusting machine guides, stops, and settings to maintain product accuracy
Controlling machine functions and synchronizing feed systems
Loading metal sheets or coils and guiding materials through machinery
Inspecting finished components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Removing completed parts and preparing them for the next production stage
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Prior manufacturing or metal fabrication experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
Familiarity with press brake tooling and measuring equipment
Willingness to acquire personal tools within 6–12 months if needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Stable, full-time weekday schedule

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site, full-time, Monday–Friday, 5:30AM–3:30PM. Availability for extended 10-hour shifts may be required based on production needs.
