Job Title: Burn Table Operator

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30PM – 2:00AM (Swing Shift) Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a precision-focused fabrication role with steady swing shift hours? Join a growing heavy equipment manufacturing team as a Burn Table Operator, where your CNC cutting skills will directly support high-quality metal component production.

As a Burn Table Operator, you’ll operate CNC plasma and oxy-fuel cutting equipment to produce accurate parts that meet detailed blueprints and production specifications.

What You’ll Do

As a Burn Table Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating CNC plasma and oxy-fuel burn tables to cut metal materials

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, nesting layouts, and work orders

• Setting up and aligning materials on cutting tables for accuracy and efficiency

• Inputting, verifying, and monitoring machine programs during operation

• Inspecting finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and gauges

• Removing, cleaning, and staging cut components for next production steps

• Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting basic equipment issues

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• Following OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience operating CNC burn tables (plasma and/or oxy-fuel required)

• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints

• Proficiency using measuring tools and checking tolerances

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

• Basic computer skills for program input and verification

• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
