Job Title: Press Brake Operator Swing Shift

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30PM – 2:00AM (Swing Shift) Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a skilled fabrication role with competitive pay and consistent swing shift hours? Join a growing, safety-focused manufacturing team as a Press Brake Operator, where precision and quality craftsmanship drive production success.

As a Press Brake Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating bending and roll-forming machinery to fabricate metal components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.

What You’ll Do

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Following all OSHA and company safety standards at all times

  • Reviewing and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings

  • Setting up and operating press brake and multi-operation machinery

  • Installing and positioning dies, forming rolls, and tooling using measuring instruments

  • Adjusting guides, stops, and machine settings to ensure dimensional accuracy

  • Loading metal sheets or coils and guiding materials through equipment

  • Controlling machine functions to maintain quality and production efficiency

  • Inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

  • Removing completed parts and preparing them for the next production stage

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and orthographic drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely

  • Familiarity with press brake tooling and measuring equipment

  • Willingness to acquire personal tools within 6–12 months if required

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Location & Schedule
