As a General Mill Production Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of our production process—supporting daily operations and helping produce quality lumber products that meet company standards. You’ll work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals, all while gaining valuable experience in a manufacturing setting.

What You’ll Do:

As a General Mill Production Laborer, you will:

• Hand stack lumber, including 1x6, 1x8, and short 6x6 pieces, with assistance, to facilitate efficient production.
• Assist the stacker operator in maintaining continuous workflow to meet daily production targets.
• Carefully place “sticks” between lumber to separate pieces and ensure product quality.
• Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks to support the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced mill environment to achieve shared goals.

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
