Pay: $17.00/hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (OT as needed until 4:00 PM) Start Date: Monday, 1/12/26

As a Steel Deburrer, you’ll play a vital role in transforming raw steel components into finished, high-quality parts. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure precision, quality, and efficiency in every piece you work on.

What You’ll Do:

As a Steel Deburrer, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing a DA sander to achieve smooth, finished surfaces on metal parts
• Tapping and deburring parts to remove sharp edges and ensure safety and quality
• Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience handling power and hand tools in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Knowledge of metal finishing and deburring processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills to work well with team members
• Reliable work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Eugene, OR, at 3451 West 1st Avenue. It offers Monday through Friday shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with optional overtime until 4:00 PM.
