Pay: $17.50/hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Parts Processor, you will be integral to supporting daily operations by preparing parts for anodizing, chromate, and passivation treatments. You'll ensure quality control, proper handling, and accurate documentation to keep production running smoothly. Collaborate with our dedicated team to deliver results that uphold our quality standards and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Parts Processor, you will be responsible for:

• Racking parts carefully in designated locations according to supervisor and lead instructions to prevent damage.
• Monitoring the quality of parts before plating, identifying defects, and reporting issues promptly to the Racker III or Production Supervisor.
• Counting all incoming and outgoing parts accurately and reporting any discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity.
• Scanning and recording all parts movement to maintain precise inventory records.
• Racking parts based on size, shape, and number of pieces to be processed while inspecting racks for usability.
• Hanging parts on racks to facilitate proper air drying.
• Using solvents to clean dirt and oil from parts, ensuring readiness for anodizing.
• Sanding and blowing off customer parts to meet quality standards.

• Basic proficiency in operating a tablet and navigating computer applications, including data entry and inventory management.
• A reliable attendance record with punctuality and consistency.
