You'll work closely with staff and management to maintain high standards of safety and service, helping the facility run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

As our Facilities Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily pool operations, including water quality management and ensuring the safety of all guests and staff
• Leading and supporting a team of lifeguards, instructors, and front desk personnel to deliver excellent service and uphold safety standards
• Performing regular maintenance, monitoring equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Assisting with scheduling, facility rentals, swim class registrations, and coordinating special events to enhance community engagement
• Enforcing pool rules and safety procedures, and responding effectively to emergencies when necessary

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience in pool operations and team supervision
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry, pool systems, and safety protocols
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications (or the ability to obtain them upon hire)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example in emergency situations
