Job Title: Inside Salesperson
Pay: $20 per hour plus commission
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (must be available to work Saturdays)

As an Inside Salesperson, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and personalized solutions to meet their heating and design needs. You will work closely with management and the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
As an Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, and in person to discuss their needs and recommend suitable products, including gas, wood, and electric fireplaces.
- Developing extensive product knowledge of fireplaces, stoves, and accessories, including technical specifications, installation requirements, and design options.
- Generating sales quotes, preparing contracts, and processing transactions for both showroom and remote customer purchases.
- Coordinating with installation and service teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships through follow-ups, managing the sales pipeline using CRM software, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and relevant building codes.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this Inside Sales role will have:
- Proven sales experience with a focus on lead generation, quoting, and closing deals (preferably in home improvement or related industries).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to navigate CRM systems effectively and manage multiple customer contacts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fireplaces, stoves, or home improvement products is a plus.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Bend, Oregon, offering a vibrant work environment. You’ll enjoy Sundays and one additional day off during the week, with scheduled hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
