Local cabinetry and counter top company since 1981 is seeking a full time
Granite Fabricator in
Sutherlin, OR. The right person for
Granite Fabricator will be a self starter who can work independently and with a team
.
As a Granite Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
- Previous granite/stone fabrication experience
- Responsible for unloading slab stones
- Responsible for cutting, fabricating and polishing. Polishing is a wet operation, ability to work in wet conditions is a must.
- Cutting dry stone
- Loading and unloading finished product. Team lifting often required.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be able to read shop drawings and understand specifications
- Previous experience in metal fabrication, acrylic fabrication and sold surface fabrication a PLUS!
- Previous field work including installation a PLUS!
- Follow instructions
- Repetitive tasks
- Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Excellent attendance!
- Valid OR Driver's License
- High School diploma preferred
- On the job training required
