Job Title: Concrete Finishing and Asphalt Laborer

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Start Date: ASAP A long-standing company that provides asphalt parking lot and driveway services is seeking a Concrete Finishing and Asphalt Laborer. The ideal candidate will have experience with power tools, handling concrete hoses, and be able to assist with spray applications. The ideal candidate for the Concrete Finishing and Asphalt Laborer:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions from the foreman/crew leader
• A commitment to keeping company vehicles and equipment clean at all times. Take the initiative to ensure that vehicles and equipment in the yard are clean, fueled, and aesthetically prepared for dispatch.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50lbs in any environmental condition
• Ability to work independently or with a small team with little or no close supervision
• Ability to operate basic equipment (power drill, hand truck, torch, squeegees, manual tools, etc.)
• Willingness to wear work clothes that may get dirty or ruined
• Ability to follow safety requirements, including the use of provided safety equipment (safety glasses, boots, hard hats, reflective vests, ear protection). Note: Boots are not provided.
• Ability to handle outdoor, labor-intensive, and fast-paced work
• Pay raises are based on effort, punctuality, and experience.
