We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative at a thriving local distribution company in the Eugene area. In this key role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support, assisting with product and service inquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment, ensuring products are clearly displayed and accessible to customers.
• Cultivate and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers, guaranteeing satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Generate accurate and timely quotes for customers, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Manage inventory and stock, including processing special orders and handling product returns efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role with a passion for helping others and creating exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and information confidently and clearly.
• Familiarity with residential product design and installation is a bonus!
• Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $20 - $24/hr + DOE
