Duties and Responsibilities for Insulation Installer Helper
- Prep work includes sealing/extending bathroom and kitchen fans, adding roof vents for ventilation, installing dam or baffle using insulation batts or cardboard
- Must be willing to work in confined spaces
- Remove existing insulation
- Remove exterior shake siding or drill through flat/lap siding or interior sheetrock
- Drill between studs, fill cavities with insulation, install hole plug and spackle
Skills and Qualifications for Insulation Installer Helper
- Must be able to read & use a tape measure
- Must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Must be safety minded and able to take and follow directions
- Must be able to work well with and communicate effectively with a teammate, throughout the duration of your shift
- Must be able to lift 45lbs continuously throughout the shift
