Selectemp is looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to fill in at a local production/manufacturing company in Albany. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization. This position does have the potential to go long term.

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Skills and Qualifications for Receptionist:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Bilingual a plus but not required
Job Details for Administrative Assistant:
Temporary - until the end of the year
Shift: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE (wage requests accepted)
