We are now hiring for aCustomer Service and Bookkeeping Administrative Assistant in Roseburg, Oregon. This role is responsible for performing administrative duties related to store accounting and operations, assisting in the sales of products to customers, providing excellent customer service, and completing work in accordance with company policies and procedures. Must be available to work Saturdays and able to work 35-40 hours per week.

Customer Service and Bookkeeping Administrative Assistant :

  • Provide excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Greet customers and answer phones
  • Promote store sales
  • General knowledge of bookkeeping

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Experience with Google Docs
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of bookkeeping experience 
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Support the administration of the credit program
  • Manage store inventory
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must adhere to a business casual dress code

Schedule:

Must be available to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $19.00 DOE

Start Date: ASAP
