Duties and Responsibilities for Mill Production Workers:

Start out learning the methods of grading and stacking quality products
Follow directions, work as a team and have good communication
Work safely and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications for Mill Production Workers:

No Experience Required - ON THE JOB TRAINING PROVIDED!
Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day, 40-50 hrs a week
Reliability and follow through

Day Shift: Mon-Fri 5am-3:30pm
Swing Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30pm - 2am

Pay Rate Ranges by Shift:

DAY SHIFT PAY RANGE FROM $17.60 - $23.00 DOE
SWING SHIFT PAY RANGE FROM $18.40 - $24.84 DOE
