This temporary role serves as a backup receptionist an Albany’s Senior and Disability Services (SDS) programs provider. You will be handling essential front-desk support and performing various clerical duties. Key tasks include answering multi-line phone calls, managing mail and deliveries, preparing documents, and assisting with case management requests.
Responsibilities:
Reception Support (30-70%): Manage walk-ins, multi-line phone reception, EBT card distribution, incoming mail and voicemails, and maintain reception security.
Case Management Assistance (40%): Process print/mail requests, manage HCW applications, oversee PPE stock, and deliver mail.
Calendar and Document Management (20%): Update internal Outlook calendars, prepare mail, and manage secure emails.
Additional Tasks: Perform ad-hoc clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, office equipment, and multi-line phones.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Typing speed of 50 WPM.
Valid Oregon Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM M-F
Wage: $16.00 - $18.0 DOE
