Duties and Responsibilities for the Office Assistant Position:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize office documents and files
- Manage office and lab supplies and order replacements as needed
- Assist in a variety of file management and data entry duties
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Assist in processing and shipping customer orders
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist in receiving and shipping
Skills and Qualifications for the Office Assistant Position:
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in shipping or logistics is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Customer service experience is highly valued
- Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred but not required

- Temp-Hire
- Mon-Fri: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm PT into FT
- $17.00 - $22.00/hr DOE
