Construction Worker – Multiple Opportunities
Pay: $17.00+/hour DOE
Schedule: Project-Based to Full-Time Opportunities

Location: Various Oregon Projects
Ready to put your construction skills to work—or build experience in the trades? Selectemp is hiring Construction Workers for a variety of upcoming projects throughout Oregon.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in roofing, framing, carpentry, concrete, masonry, and general construction labor. Whether you’re an experienced tradesperson or have some hands-on construction experience and are ready to grow your skills, we want to hear from you!
Opportunities May Include:
Roofing
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems
- Work with a variety of roofing materials and tools
- Safely perform work at heights and in changing weather conditions
Framing & Carpentry
- Build and assemble framing and other structural components
- Measure, cut, and install construction materials
- Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and project specifications
- Opportunities may include framing, finish carpentry, and cabinetry
Concrete & Masonry
- Assist with pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete
- Perform brick, block, stone, or other masonry work depending on the project
- Mix and apply mortar and other materials
- Complete work accurately according to project specifications
General Construction Labor
- Load, unload, lift, and move construction materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project tasks
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Perform jobsite cleanup and material organization
- Help maintain a clean, productive, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of relevant construction experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace and jobsite safety
- Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting and carrying materials
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a crew
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
