• Maintenance & Changeovers: Perform routine machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); collaborate with maintenance staff for major repairs. • Digital Documentation: Accurately record production activities, in-process quality checks, and deviations in real-time using digital logs and manufacturing software such as "Red Zone." • Team Coordination: Guide and support peers, coordinate team efforts, and communicate effectively with supervisors to meet daily production targets. • Quality & Safety Compliance: Identify and report non-conformances immediately to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and cleanliness standards.What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• 1 to 2+ years of experience in a machine-based manufacturing or production environment (experience in regulated, GMP, or food production settings is highly preferred).
