  • Managing work schedules, reviewing charts, and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading materials such as mulch, fertilizer, and plants, lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Performing physical tasks including bending, stooping, and twisting throughout the day.
What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record over the past three years.
  • At least 2 years of landscape installation experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lawn care and landscaping, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  • Familiarity with landscaping techniques, equipment operation (skid steer, excavator, backhoe), and reading architectural drawings.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Reliable transportation and a commitment to safety standards.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform continuous physical activity.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Tualatin, Oregon, working Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with possible overtime or additional days depending on project needs.
