We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Facilities Cleaner to help keep our manufacturing environment clean and safe. This role includes both light and heavy janitorial duties, conducting facility audits, and assisting with operational tasks. You will also support pellet mill and packaging operators as needed. ResponsibilitiesPerform light and heavy janitorial duties in a manufacturing facility.
Conduct regular facility audits and report hazards, repair needs, and opportunities for improvements.
Serve as back-up for pellet mill and/or packaging operators when required.
Assist with preventive maintenance duties.
Perform other tasks as needed to support operations.
High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of production line experience in an industrial setting preferred.
Good hand, eye, and foot coordination.
Ability to concentrate for extended periods and multi-task.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 7 hours per day.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to perform simple math calculations.
Hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.
